Senior Oracle / ERP Data Engineer (Microsoft Fabric | Snowflake | Oracle Fusion)

📍 Hybrid – Horsham, PA (2–3 days/week onsite) | No relocation

We’re hiring a Senior Oracle / ERP Data Engineer to own end-to-end financial data pipelines and architecture supporting an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials environment.

This role is focused on data engineering, pipeline orchestration, and data platform design—not report building.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and manage data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2)
• Extract, transform, and load Oracle Fusion Financials data into Snowflake and downstream data models
• Own data architecture, formats, transformations, and pipeline scheduling/orchestration
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and consistency across GL and subledgers
• Build and optimize data models (star/snowflake schemas) for financial analytics
• Manage data flows into data warehouses, marts, and reporting layers
• Partner with finance and BI teams to ensure clean, usable downstream data

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (REQUIRED) – pipelines, lakehouse, orchestration
• 5+ years working with ERP data (Oracle Fusion or similar)
• Deep experience with Snowflake and SQL (advanced querying, modeling, performance)
• Background in ETL/ELT, data engineering, and pipeline design
• Strong understanding of financial data structures (GL, AP, AR, subledgers)
• Experience managing data quality, reconciliation, and governance frameworks

Nice to Have

• Oracle Fusion Financials experience (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt)
• Experience integrating ERP → Fabric → Snowflake → Power BI
• Knowledge of medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold)
• Financial services or regulated environment experience
