Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Product Manager Lead to join our Distribution Business Intelligence Team. The role is responsible for treating our distribution data as a product – building the strategy, infrastructure and insights that empower our sales teams to deliver better outcomes to clients. You will act as the strategic bridge between our Distribution and Technology teams, ensuring that our sales force is equipped with data‑driven "looking around the corner" capabilities. You should be collaborative, agile and ready to roll up your sleeves while keeping pace with the changing technology landscape.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, requiring you to work in‑office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
Design and oversee the deployment of dashboards that deliver actionable, data‑driven insights to sales teams (Tableau/Salesforce CRMA) tracking distribution performance, advisor engagement, and asset flow attribution.
Partner with Distribution leadership and sales personnel to translate business solutions and pain points into technical requirements for our data engineering teams.
Lead the definition and alignment of client data models across multiple data sources to create a flexible, trusted foundation for Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting.
Define and execute the Distribution Intelligence roadmap and prioritize strategic client data initiatives for implementation within our enterprise distribution data lake.
Develop an AI strategy working across teams that drives sustainable business growth, boosts internal productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Product Data Management, specifically within Asset Management or Financial Services Distribution.
Deep proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Snowflake or similar data warehouses and BI visualization tools (Tableau and Salesforce CRMA).
Strong understanding of Global Distribution Channel reporting and the asset management product lifecycle (Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs, CITs, UCITS, Offshore Funds and Institutional Separate Accounts).
Ability to run delivery teams using SCRUM methodology with an iterative approach to delivery and to communicate program increments for high‑level accountability.
Proficiency in complex SQL queries and the ability to translate raw datasets into leadership‑ready strategic insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science or a related technical field.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, internal peers, prior performance, business sector and geographic location. Additional compensation may include incentive programs linked to performance.
