Senior Database Administrator

Job Title Supervises and develops multi-platform converged enterprise engineering solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business and infrastructure services. Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional team targeted for system enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. At least 7 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment. At least 7 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure. **Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role*** Preferred Skills/Experience Hands-on experience of administering(DBA) with any one or more NoSQL Databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Couchbase Experience with database install, security, risk, audit, monitoring, access control, backup/restore, patching, vulnerability management using automation tool like Ansible. Experience in Linux based system. Excellent documentation and articulation skills. Knowledge of deploying containerized Databases in Kubernetes Cluster -Nice to have Cloud certification is plus. Willingness to learn to administer cloud database Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
