This 3-month, onsite Desktop Support Analyst role is a great opportunity to keep technology running smoothly while supporting a collaborative, end-user-focused team.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on desktop and peripheral support (laptops, printers, tablets, etc.).Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues with care and efficiency.Install and upgrade applications and operating systems.Perform hardware upgrades, adds, and moves as needed.Support Microsoft Office products and assist with user rights and access.Document fixes and maintain accuracy in the ticketing and knowledge systems.Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement efforts.QualificationsA two-year technical degree in IT or equivalent experience; A+ certification is a plus.3+ years of experience in desktop support or related environment.Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, SCCM, and Active Directory.Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-first approach.Excellent communication skills—able to simplify technical information for all levels.A proactive mindset, eager to learn and share knowledge with others.
