Position Reports to: VP of Partner Services

Positions That Report to You: Digital Strategists, Sr Digital Strategists

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Job Objective:

The Senior Digital Strategist and Paid Media Team Manager leads our Paid Media efforts, and oversees the Digital Analysts and Strategists on their team. They drive strategy and optimize paid media campaigns over multiple platforms to achieve partner goals. They are able to understand how Paid Media fits into a larger marketing strategy and understands other digital marketing channels. They are responsible for staying up-to-date on Paid Media trends as well as following, creating, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and performance of accounts. They provide training and coaching to their team members and other staff and are an exemplary leader.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee management and professional development of Paid Media team.
  • Train and coach team members on Paid Media strategies and implementation. Be the last line of defense for all client deliverables and strategies. 
  • Develop holistic Paid Media strategies for a variety of B2B and B2C businesses in consideration of the client goals. 
  • Create and optimize search, display, shopping, paid social, and video campaign types to support client initiatives and flights. 
  • Daily management of Paid Media accounts, including budget and bid management, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, creative direction, platform recommendations, and audience testing, etc.
  • Partnering and communicating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide expert-level insights from data analytics and reporting. 
  • Participate in client-facing meetings to discuss strategy and present reports as needed.

Secondary or Support Duties:

  • Assist Sales with new business development and service changes as necessary.
  • Write industry-related blogs for Intuitive’s blog.
  • Participate in company planning and strategy.
  • Communicate frequently and openly with manager on problems, successes, partner concerns, etc. There should be no surprises.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of Paid Media experience – agency experience is a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of Management Experience – involving, coaching, mentoring, and critiquing direct reports. 
  • Expert-level skills with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and programmatic advertising.
    • TikTok, Snapchat, CTV, or audio experience is a plus. 
  • Expert-level skills with Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, Product Feed Management, Shopify, E-Commerce Integration, Social Media E-commerce. 
  • Proven track record of optimizing large and small-scale campaigns for lead gen and eComm accounts.
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and third-party SEM tools.
  • Ads, Proficient with Google Apps for Business and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for long periods of time.
