Job Summary:

The Senior Director of OEM Program Account Management is responsible for managing the strategic relationship, implementation, and strategy with our Original Equipment Manufacturers - OEMs (such as Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Bombardier, etc.). This is a Senior Leadership position within the Program Management office and is part of the Program Management Leadership Team.  The Senior Director of OEM Program Account Management is accountable to maintain an acceptable level of performance in the view of our OEM partners. This position will work with team members across the entire organization as well as closely with the Vice President of Customer & Program Management, Engineering Leadership and members of the Product Line organization to align with regards to the company’s priorities, vision, business-model, ROI and product deployment plans.  They will also provide leadership and guidance to team members in the Program Office as well as provide input to the Product Managers and Product Line Managers. The Senior Director of OEM Program Account Management will be held responsible to report status on their team’s objectives, responsibilities, and the OEM relationships.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, ensuring long-term partnership success 
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison for OEMs, specifically regarding allocated RAVE features and products 
  • Lead the OEM team’s communication efforts and ensure timely delivery of commitments to OEMs 
  • Oversee the offerability of RAVE products in relation to OEM needs and requirements 
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Line Management teams to align feature and product requirements with OEM expectations 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful deployment of products into OEM environments 
  • Ensure strategic alignment among all stakeholders in preparation for and execution of OEM engagements 
  • Ensure organizational readiness for OEM meetings, providing necessary support and information 
  • Manage and support teams at the Final Assembly Line (FAL), ensuring smooth operations 
  • Assist in the creation, review, closure, and management of OEM contracts as required 
  • Provide support for the SSFE contract as needed 
  • Support all commercial aspects of the OEM relationship, including cash collection and contract management 
  • Monitor and address any issues or deviations from contractual commitments, escalating when necessary to the appropriate stakeholders 
  • Develop new processes where appropriate and recommend improvements to existing processes 
  • Support customer visits and collaborate with sales and program offices to execute customer programs related to OEMs 
  • Lead the OEM team, overseeing performance and fostering the development of team members, while fulfilling all responsibilities as the Manager of Record 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field 
  • 15+ years of experience working in Product Integration 
  • 10+ years of experience working in a Management role 
  • 4-5 years of experience establishing budgets 
  • Prior Product/Program Management experience 
  • Prior aerospace experience  
  • Experience managing contracts 
  • Experience with international business is a plus 

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $158,000 to $190,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
