Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and shape our HR strategy. This leadership role involves developing innovative talent management practices, overseeing HR operations, and aligning HR functions with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision and deep expertise in human resources to enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation structures.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and development.
  • Lead HR teams and mentor HR staff for professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain company culture and employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law.
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
