Job Summary: The Senior Director of Learning and Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our learning and development strategy. This executive position is responsible for creating a robust framework for employee development, driving organizational learning initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify key development needs and ensure learning initiatives support organizational goals.

Program Development:
- Design and implement innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and employee onboarding.
- Oversee the creation and management of learning content, ensuring it meets the needs of diverse employee groups and stays current with industry trends.

Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of L&D professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, encouraging professional growth and excellence.

Performance Measurement:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on business performance.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Advocate for a culture of learning and development across the organization, promoting engagement and participation.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with financial targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning programs and leading diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
