Senior Director Of Business SolutionsPosition Summary: The Senior Director of Business Solutions will be pivotal in providing strategic direction to the Product Management team. This involves driving the product roadmap and portfolio plans in alignment with customer needs and business strategies, leveraging Voice of Customer feedback to enhance product quality and performance. This position will conduct thorough product development reviews with input from internal stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive alignment. The Senior Director's responsibilities also extend to collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and goals. This senior-level position involves directing and controlling activities across global functional areas or divisions, translating strategic plans into operational initiatives with a lasting impact on the company's future. It will be key in driving revenue growth through the management and enhancement of CAE's product suites and services.Principal Accountabilities:Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision aligned with the company's goals and market trends. This involves understanding the unique needs of the airline industry, incorporating feedback from C-suite customers, and anticipating future market demands.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite customers, including CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs of airline companies. Understand their business objectives, pain points, and priorities to align product initiatives and drive value for customers.Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the priorities, milestones, and timelines for product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product development, delivery, launch and alignment with business objectives.Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch activities. Monitor product performance, gather metrics, and iterate on product features based on feedback and data analysis.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry research to identify market opportunities, threats, and trends.
