This hire is a strategic addition to support both current delivery demands and future expansion.Your New RoleThis is a pivotal position within the electrical team. The firm is seeking an electrical engineer capable of providing technical leadership across commercial building projects, managing client relationships, and bringing structure and consistency to project delivery.Candidates operating at a more senior level will take immediate ownership of projects, oversee quality, mentor team members, and help guide production. Strong engineers who are earlier in their leadership journey will also be considered, provided they can run projects with limited oversight and are motivated to grow into full project management responsibility. Senior review and mentoring will be provided as part of that progression.You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial kickoff through construction documents, construction administration, and closeout.
