Focus Lead electrical design and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of building projects. Stay active in production work, including Revit based design, drawing development, calculations, one line diagrams, and coordinated construction documentation. Manage projects from early planning through construction support, balancing client communication, technical execution, schedule, and budget performance. Partner with architects, owners, contractors, and internal disciplines to develop practical, code compliant electrical solutions. Support the continued expansion of internal electrical capabilities within a growing consulting environment. Contribute to business development by strengthening existing relationships and helping identify new project opportunities. Provide construction phase support, including field coordination, issue resolution, and response to project questions. Help establish strong standards for quality, responsiveness, and delivery as the electrical function continues to mature. Skill Set Active PE license required, reciprocal licensure acceptable. Strong background in electrical engineering and design within the AEC consulting environment. Proven ability to run projects independently from concept through construction while remaining hands on in production. Recent experience using Revit for electrical design and documentation. Ability to create drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables with limited ramp up time. Strong client facing communication skills and comfort working directly with external partners.
