Travel regionally and occasionally across North America, with possible international travel.

Provide troubleshooting support by phone for customers and third-party service providers.

Maintain accurate records of field service issues and update the service database.

Provide after-hours technical support on a rotating basis.

Administer the RMA process and provide updates to customers.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation for cooling systems.

Share design input and customer feedback with quality, manufacturing, and design teams.

Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for onsite field service engineers and project managers.

Trade school certification in HVAC/R or electronics technology.

EPA Universal Certificate.

Minimum 5 years of field service experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience working with project teams, contractors, and customers.

Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs).

Proven hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Customer-focused, organized, and proactive problem solver.

Experience with liquid cooling technologies.

Knowledge of PLC function and interfacing (RS485, Ethernet, etc.).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel as needed.

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
