As a Senior Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, overseeing the client engagement lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support, and play a pivotal role in enhancing client experience and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries
  • Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and drive client engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and address any issues
  • Manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings
  • Monitor and report on client engagement metrics and performance
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in client management, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
