Position Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead a critical New Product Introduction (NPI) program for a high-profile customer. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive execution, provide strategic direction, and guide cross-functional engineering teams through complex product development initiatives. Responsibilities Lead NPI programs from planning through execution. Provide direction and leadership to engineering teams, including junior engineers and support functions such as Quality. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations. Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring key milestones are met. Communicate project status, priorities, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Mentor team members and establish best practices for program execution. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred. Compensation: $60-68/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
