Job Description
Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts (Start between 4:00 PM 10:00 PM IST) | 10-hour workday

Role Overview
A senior-level hybrid role combining Estimating (50%), Project Management (25%), and CAD Design (25%) for Electrical Low-Voltage systems. This position requires strong technical expertise, U.S. market experience, and the ability to manage full-cycle project responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating 50%
Review drawings, specifications, SOWs, and RFPs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Perform quantity takeoffs for electrical and low-voltage systems.
Develop competitive bid proposals and pricing packages.
Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, costing, and pricing validation.
Oversee awarded projects from initiation to close-out.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, client communication, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with U.S. codes and project standards.
Prepare CAD drawings, single-line diagrams, layouts, and riser diagrams.
Create shop drawings and as-built documentation.
Incorporate field redlines and design changes.
Ensure all drawings comply with NEC, NFPA, BICSI, TIA/EIA, and Title 24.
Must-Haves
Role Focus: Senior Electrical/Low-Voltage Estimator (core focus on estimating).
Experience: Minimum 56 years in Electrical/Low-Voltage contracting with proven project handling experience.
Market Knowledge: Mandatory experience delivering or estimating projects in the U.S. market.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, BICSI, TIA/EIA, Title 24, and U.S. electrical standards.
Software Skills: AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory (Revit is a plus).
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
