About the Role:

As the Senior Executive Assistant/Business Administrator, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, managing communications, schedules, and special projects. This dynamic position involves overseeing office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Calendar and Travel Management: Efficiently manage executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Project Oversight: Act as a project manager, tracking deliverables and reporting progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and agendas as required.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain contracts, legal documents, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Event Organization: Plan and execute special events and manage office logistics as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior executive administrative role. Experience in HR or the energy sector is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Management Skills: Strong project management and time management abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
