Executive Assistant | Private Equity | Boston, MA My client, a PE firm in Boston, MA, is looking to add an Executive Assistant to one of their growing teams. This is a newly created position due to growth and will work closely alongside another EA supporting a group of senior executives. This is truly an exceptional team collaborative, down-to-earth, and known for having a great dynamic. The group is tight-knit, enjoys spending time together outside of work, and creates a genuinely positive environment day-to-day! Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to a team of senior executives, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and discretion Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, agendas, and reports Manage expenses and ensure timely and accurate reporting Help keep executives organized by tracking priorities, follow-ups, and key deadlines Partner closely with another EA on the team to ensure seamless support and coverage Assist with team events, off-sites, and ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications Bachelors degree required PE experience required 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience Demonstrated stability in previous roles (no frequent job changes) Strong experience supporting senior-level executives Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities Highly polished, professional, and confident in interacting with senior stakeholders Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and jump in where needed This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned EA who is looking to join a high-performing, genuinely supportive team within a growing firm.
