Learn more about what we build at Key Responsibilities Executive SupportManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities with precision and discretionPrepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverablesCoordinate high-level internal and external communicationsAnticipate needs and maintain organized workflowsRecruiting & Hiring CoordinationPost job openings, manage listings, and review incoming resumesConduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviewsSupport the CEO and hiring managers through offer and onboarding phasesOnboarding & Employee SupportCoordinate new hire onboarding logistics, checklists, and paperworkEnsure all tools and accounts are set up prior to each employee’s first dayAct as a primary contact for new hires and employee questionsOffice & Operations AdministrationMaintain internal systems like Asana, Slack, and CRM platformsOrganize company SOPs, documents, and HR-related filesCoordinate payroll and benefits support with vendorsHelp ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently Qualifications Required:3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Recruiting Coordinator roleExperience supporting C-level or senior leadershipStrong communication, organizational, and time management skillsProficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling toolsPreferred:Background in recruiting, HR coordination, or operationsExperience in construction, manufacturing, or similar industriesFamiliarity with platforms like Asana, Slack, and CRM tools Ideal Candidate Traits Exceptionally organized and detail-focusedProactive, dependable, and solution-orientedHigh level of discretion and professionalismComfortable navigating changing priorities and fast-paced operations Benefits $30–$35 per hour based on experienceWeekly pay cycleHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, holidays, and sick timeEmployee discountsGrowth opportunities in a collaborative team environment Schedule Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM(Onsite only – this is not a remote or hybrid position) Location Pomona, CA – In-Person Required Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
