Senior Executive Assistant to CEO $120-130k salary plus car and cell allowances Hybrid - Mount Laurel, NJ Monday to Friday Full Time About The Position Seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant Chief of Staff (or Senior Executive Assistant to CEO) to join our growing team at a well-established healthcare company. This highly visible role requires a dynamic professional with exceptional organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks simultaneously to support the CEO, executive team and organizational plans. This position requires the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, judgment and discretion due to operating in matters of sensitivity and significance. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar including scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. Act as liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external partners ensuring smooth communication and fostering relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by screening calls, emails, and correspondence, and responding or redirecting inquiries as appropriate. Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items for meetings attended by CEO and leadership team. Draft, edit and proofread presentations, reports and correspondence as well as distribute company-wide communications on behalf of CEO and leadership team. Coordinate complex and detailed travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas ensuring travel preferences and logistics are managed effectively. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion. Oversee general administrative office operations including but not limited to ordering required supplies and maintaining office equipment for leadership (as requested). Responsible for expense management which includes tracking and reconciling expenses, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records. Assist in special projects and initiatives; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) 7-10 years of Executive Assistant or similar role supporting c-suite executives in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Office Management or experience in a related field Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint Company Benefits We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
