Overview:

Hixen Search Group has partnered with a growing and evolving manufacturing and supply chain organization to identify a Senior Manager of Finance. This individual will take ownership of the full accounting and finance function while acting as a strategic business partner to leadership during a key growth phase.

Top Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and finance operations
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Build and enhance KPI reporting and dashboards
• Partner with leadership as a financial advisor to drive decision-making
• Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives
• Evaluate and improve financial processes and reporting infrastructure

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in both accounting and finance
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to operate both tactically and strategically
• Strong understanding of operational finance drivers
• CPA and/or MBA (nice to have)
• Cost accounting experience (nice to have)
• Someone who has accomplished meaningful results but is still looking for runway to grow into a larger leadership role
