The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support the company's strategic decision-making processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop budgets, financial models, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:-
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document underlying causes for variances.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on analysis and insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance in real-time.

Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects.
- Conduct financial analysis for capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, and other high-impact projects.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Ensure financial controls and procedures are followed, assisting in internal and external audits as needed.

Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Drive automation initiatives and leverage financial software to streamline workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and effectively.
