Summary The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and delivering comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to drive business performance. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. With a focus on financial modeling, problem‑solving, and supporting strategic initiatives, this position is pivotal in guiding decision‑making in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports for all business entities. Develop and present monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports. Create supporting documentation and perform capital expenditure analysis for upper management approval. Generate regular sales and operations reports, highlighting key insights. Analyze sales, margin, and expense trends to identify patterns and recommend process improvement opportunities. Communicate with operation department leads to interpret business trends, market environment, and customer behavior across the value chain. Implement and maintain robust systems and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of actual and forecast data. Partner with cross‑functional teams to produce actionable reports and address business challenges. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all financial reporting and analysis. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail, wholesale or logistics industry. Adaptable and willing to work flexible schedules to meet operational needs. Skilled in analyzing complex data, summarizing key insights, and refining information for clarity and actionable outcomes. Familiar with SQL, Python, data warehousing, and advanced expertise in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
