Our client is a leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, providing products and expertise that help nearly 16 million people save for a better today and tomorrow. This position is the perfect fit for someone who started their career in accounting and moved into FP&A. The position is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on-site 4 days/week near Fort Washington, PA.


Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for financial analysis including recurring monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as annual budget compilation. A strong background in accounting is preferred to ensure effective compliance with required reporting protocols. Additionally, provide administrative support of the FP&A planning and reporting system.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by the company to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the company or our clients.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting for senior leadership.
  • Prepare FP&A required quarterly compliance reporting.
  • Prepare consolidated financial reporting used for quarterly board package reports and for the annual Operating Budget.
  • Support the administration of the FP&A reporting and planning system.
  • Ad hoc analysis as requested by senior finance leadership.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and analysis.
  • Meet deadlines as set by management.
  • Able to successfully balance multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients including senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required, master's and/or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting and finance work experience
