The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and guidance to the finance and operations teams of the company. This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, developing financial models, and providing financial support for strategic decision‑making. Essential Functions Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and planning processes. Analyze and interpret financial data, financial statements, and key performance indicators. Provide financial support for business decision‑making by evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings initiatives. Prepare ad‑hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed. Develop and maintain financial reporting tools to provide visibility into business performance. Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy by maintaining financial data systems and controls. Other duties as assigned. Required – Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Required – Skills & Competencies Strong operational accounting background in a fast‑paced, complex environment. Ability to work independently and multi‑task. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated courtesy and patience in customer relations. Must have excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; with demonstrated experience of ability to problem‑solve, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. High degree of dependability and reliability are essential. Clear and succinct communications skills, both orally and in writing. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Familiar with accounting principles under GAAP. Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools. Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred, but not required – Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus. Preferred SAP Experience. Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred. Professional certification such as CPA or CFA. Pay range: $115-$120K plus benefits.
