In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and insights to support the company's financial objectives. • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast financial outcomes, and support strategic initiatives.

• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and clarity in financial communication.

• Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and industry analysis to assess trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact financial performance.

• Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects, by conducting financial due diligence and ROI analysis.

• Risk Management: Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance financial performance.

• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and business development, to align financial goals and strategies. Mentor and guide junior analysts.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and best practices in financial reporting and analysis.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly preferred.

• Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to senior management.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects. Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members is a plus.
