Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Services

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex financial, operational, and business datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, evaluate business performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate financial results and business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms and financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, business analytics, or related experience.
• Strong experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, or data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
