You should have a solid foundation in accounting and finance as this position will work closely with the accounting department within the organization. Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst include:Provide support to decision making through operational analysisLead the development of budgets, forecasts and variance analysisAssist with month end closeFinancial reporting on income statements and balance sheetCPEX analysis including assessment of ROIEnsure adherence to regulatory standardsDevise and implement process improvementsRequirements for the Senior Financial Analyst include:A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or BusinessMore than three years financial analysis experienceCMA or CFA designation preferredPrior exposure to manufacturing preferredStrong systems skillsSalary: to $120,000 DOE
