Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

   • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

   • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and disclosures.

   • Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools.

2. Data Analysis:

   • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.

   • Identify and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

   • Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budget or forecast.

3. Compliance and Controls:

   • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

   • Support internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is preferred.

• Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
