Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Salary: $110,000

Position Overview:

International Sales / Global Distribution company in Syosset, NY is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team in Woodbury, NY. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis, supporting leadership in making data-driven decisions across international sales operations. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and operational decisions
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
• Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and accounting to drive financial performance
• Support pricing strategies, margin analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
• Assist with financial reporting for international operations and multi-currency environments
• Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools, and data integrity
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting international or multi-entity businesses is a plus
