Senior Financial Analyst | Sustainable Building Materials CompanyWe’re partnering with a large, publicly traded manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for a key business segment.This role will work closely with finance, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial leaders to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.Responsibilities:Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term financial planningAnalyze actual results, forecasts, and plans, including key business drivers and variancesDevelop financial evaluations for strategic initiatives and capital projects, including IRR and value-creation analysisPrepare financial and operational reporting for business leadersGather and interpret financial, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial dataSupport quarterly and annual internal and external reporting requirementsAssist with commercial analytics, distribution costs, operational spending, and benchmarking initiativesPartner cross-functionally to ensure financial information is complete and accurateQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field3+ years of finance and/or accounting experienceAdvanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, communication, and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environmentExperience within a large, decentralized manufacturing organization is highly preferredExposure to US GAAP and SOX environments is beneficialSAP or financial planning system experience is a plus
