About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-impact Operations Finance team focused on driving insights across sales performance, margin trends, and cost forecasting. This role plays a key part in helping the business navigate and leverage a changing economic landscape, including shifts in input costs and external market factors. The position partners closely with cross-functional leaders to support planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate financial insights to senior leadership. Salary Range: $85,000 - $133,000 Responsibilities: Build and maintain forecasts related to revenue, margins, and key cost drivers, including materials and input costs Track and analyze cost fluctuations, including external factors such as tariffs and supply-related impacts Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate and timely financial projections Analyze business performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives Develop and enhance financial models to support planning and decision-making Generate reports and improve financial processes and data workflows Present financial insights and summaries to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to ongoing finance-related projects Qualifications: 3-8 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership Advanced Excel skills, including building models and performing complex analysis Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Exposure to manufacturing or cost-focused environments is strongly preferred Experience with financial planning or reporting systems is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
