The Senior Financial Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and strategic initiatives of Augmentjobs. This role is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor and adjust plans as needed based on changing business conditions.

Financial Analysis and Modeling: Perform complex financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to support decision-making.

Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to senior executives on financial matters, including investment opportunities, cost management, and financial performance improvement.

Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance financial stability.

Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software (e.g., Excel, financial planning tools). Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
