Senior FP&A Analyst A very stable, bricks and mortar company is seeking to hire an experienced Financial Planning & Accounting Analyst to its talented staff due to growth. Experience 5 or more years of professional experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting/forecasting. Technical Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), financial modeling, and data analysis. Proficiency with SQL and Oracle ERP/EPM systems is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and prior experience in public accounting. Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior management (written, verbal, and presentations). Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
