Your expertise will help shape financial strategies, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Assist in developing and executing strategic financial initiatives through detailed analysis. Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial plans with business goals. Analyze revenue streams, pricing, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities. Develop financial models to evaluate ROI, cash flow, and investment payback periods. Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts. Support cross-functional teams in planning for various business scenarios and decision-making processes. Qualifications You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles. Proven success in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software; experience with ERP systems.
