This role offers the opportunity to shape the frontend architecture of a cutting-edge web and community platform designed to power next-generation governance and social infrastructure. You will work on high-performance Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), integrating modern frameworks, complex state management, and AI-assisted coding tools. The position requires collaboration with backend teams and leadership to deliver scalable, responsive, and user-centric experiences. You will contribute to the development of innovative features bridging physical and digital communities, Web3 integration, and co-living platforms. This is a high-impact, early-stage environment where your contributions directly influence the growth and adoption of a rapidly scaling network platform.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain complex frontend applications using React, Next.js, and Qwik.
• Implement high-quality, responsive, and performant UI components with TypeScript.
• Own key parts of the frontend architecture, including state management, routing, and server-side rendering.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and CTO to integrate APIs, Web3 functionality, and AI-assisted features.
• Optimize frontend performance, ensuring smooth user experiences across devices.
• Contribute to UX design, build component libraries, and maintain design system consistency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on frontend best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of React (Hooks, Context, rendering optimizations).
• Proficiency in Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, routing, and data fetching.
• Strong TypeScript skills (complex types, generics, type inference).
• Solid UX design sense with the ability to create responsive, interactive, and engaging interfaces.
• Highly valued: experience with Web3, MetaMask, wagmi/viem, and building blockchain-enabled applications.
• Experience developing or maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
