Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize user interfaces across all company websites using React and Next.js.Collaborate closely with graphic designers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs and interactive functionality.Maintain a consistent, branded look and feel across all digital platforms.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with modern web standards and accessibility guidelines.Stay up to date with the React ecosystem, performance optimization techniques, and modern frontend best practices.Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js to enhance SEO and performance.Review, maintain, and enforce high-quality code standards; provide support and mentorship to other frontend developers.Design and manage responsive, pixel-perfect email templates and support mass email campaigns.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and innovation-driven team environment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation and React lifecycle concepts.Solid understanding of Next.js features, including routing, API routes, middleware, and performance optimization.Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling methodologies (CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS, SCSS).Experience with headless CMS integrations and SEO best practices for web applications.Basic working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP or Python.Proficiency with Git and familiarity with Agile development workflows.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
