• Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide a team and manage project deliverables.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Prior experience working in industries like finance, defense, or healthcare, where Palantir is commonly utilized.
