Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer , you will work with a team of developers to deliver software features, APIs, and micro-service solutions. We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience writing software using Agile and DevSecOps methods such as build/release management, CI/CD practices, and test automation.
Contributions
Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and deploy micro-services and cloud-based systems using Java / React
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and businesses analysts to refine requirements
Troubleshoot software quality, security, and reliability issues
Participate in code reviews and quality assurance
Automate unit and functional tests
Identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop updates and fixes
Support debugging, troubleshooting, and testing of software
Document software code, features, and training guides
Use virtualization and containerization to optimize software systems
Implement solutions and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Presenting technical solutions and demos to a variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
Required
5 Years of experience with front end and backend software development languages like Java and React
Experience developing software with cloud native services or APIs
Experience with Azure App Service using Python Flask and JavaScript
Experience with Azure AI services + Cosmos DB (and /or PostGRES) via Azure API Management
3 Years of experience using CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Experience developing in and implementing docker containers
Experience implementing automated testing frameworks including unit testing
Preferred
Local to the Washington, DC metro area
Experience with Microsoft simplechat AI services
Experience supporting technical demonstrations or tech challenges
5+ years of application development in an Agile environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $185,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
