Senior Full-Stack Developer

Your Role As our Senior Full‑Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with the founders and core team to design, build, and scale our platform. This is a hands‑on role, but one where you’ll also help set standards, influence architecture, and shape how we grow as a team. What You’ll Do Build and scale features across the frontend and backend, ensuring usability, security, and performance. Take ownership of key architecture decisions and contribute to the long‑term scalability of the platform. Develop and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Collaborate with data scientists, designers, and product leads to translate ideas into production‑ready solutions. Help establish engineering best practices and support future team members as we expand. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for our product. What You Bring Proven experience building modern web applications end‑to‑end. LLM API engineering experience. Strong proficiency in React / NextJS and backend development (NodeJS, PostgreSQL or similar). Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, and data systems. Hands‑on experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar). Curiosity and excitement for AI/ML applications (direct experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills, self‑organization, and a proactive, can‑do attitude. English fluency required; German is a plus.
