Senior Full Stack Developer (Reactjs, .net, python, AI)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong full-stack development expertise and a passion for evaluating emerging technologies, AI, and modern cloud architectures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on prototyping (25–30%), collaborating with architecture and engineering teams, and driving technology modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and develop modern, scalable full-stack applications and APIs. Build proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes to evaluate new technologies and AI‑driven solutions. Collaborate with engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security teams to modernize the technology stack. Help transition legacy .NET-based applications toward modern architectures and alternative technology stacks. Build and integrate AI‑powered capabilities, AI agents, and AI governance solutions. Develop semantic layers and MCP integrations for structured data sources. Design REST and GraphQL APIs and integrate enterprise data with AI platforms, BI tools, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Support containerized application development and cloud-native deployments. Required Skills Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, React.js Databases: SQL Server, Snowflake Experience designing scalable APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise integrations. Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud-native development, and technology evaluation. Preferred Experience Experience with AI agents, AI governance, and generative AI initiatives. Exposure to semantic data layers, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and structured data integration. Ability to evaluate new technology stacks and recommend modern architectural approaches. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across architecture, development, and infrastructure teams.
