We're backed by strong commercial traction and a clear vision, and we're looking for people who want to build something that matters from the ground up.About the roleAs a Senior Software Engineer at Clearly, you will own and shape the full technical stack - from the data pipelines that ingest telematics streams at scale, through the processing and analytics layers that power our intelligence platform, to the APIs and interfaces that our enterprise customers depend on. You'll be a key technical voice in a small, high-ownership engineering team, working directly with the CEO and Product to make foundational decisions that will define how the platform scales.In this role you willDesign and build robust data ingestion pipelines from telematics providers handling high-volume, multi-tenant data reliablyDevelop and maintain our analytics processing layer, working with modern OLAP tooling to power real-time fleet intelligenceBuild and maintain APIs that serve data to internal systems and customer-facing productsContribute to front-end interfaces that translate complex fleet data into clear, actionable insight for enterprise usersDrive technical architecture decisions and hold a high bar for code quality, scalability, and reliability across the stackCollaborate closely with product and commercial teams to ship features that create direct customer valueWhat we’re looking forProven experience as a senior or lead engineer across the full stack — backend, data, and frontendStrong fundamentals in building and maintaining data pipelines and APIs at scaleExperience with cloud-native infrastructure and modern data toolingA pragmatic approach to engineering: you ship, iterate, and take ownershipComfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the scope of your impact is broadNice to haveExperience with telematics, IoT, financial or other high-frequency data sourcesFamiliarity with ClickHouse, Supabase, or similar modern data stack toolingBackground in fleet management, analytics, logistics, or industrial SaaSWhy join us?We’re at the frontier of an industrial sea-change of a scale greater than the birth of the internet.
