Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4, L2 This is hybrid from day-1 ( Need local candidates ) Description : About the Role We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance custom web applications and integration tools that support critical business processes and AI/ML workflows. This role directly supports the Data Science organization and requires someone who can operate autonomously, manage stakeholders, and bring forward new ideas for scalable internal applications. The ideal candidate is senior, versatile, and comfortable taking ownership of an ecosystem that blends software engineering, data engineering, and light DevOps. What You'll Do Build and maintain custom web applications used across the business (Python/Flask + JavaScript front end). Develop integration code that connects internal systems, ML models, and business workflows. Support and enhance existing tools, including a widely used inventory management application. Manage and maintain Azure-based app services for the Data Science team. Oversee Jenkins task server deployments and maintain the deployment framework. Collaborate directly with business users, data scientists, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver intuitive solutions. Work independently to identify opportunities for new internal applications and process improvements. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and transition as the current contractor exits. Required Technical Skills 10+ years of professional software engineering experience Python web development JavaScript (Node.js; DevExpress libraries a plus) TypeScript Streamlit Strong SQL skills Experience integrating web apps with ML models Familiarity with Azure app services Jenkins (deployment workflows) Docker (general understanding) Soft Skills & Experience Ability to work independently with minimal direction Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven experience supporting business users and translating requirements into solutions Prior oil & gas experience is a major plus Comfortable stepping into a high-ownership backfill role and ramping up quickly Creative problem-solver who can propose and build new internal tools from scratch
