The role focuses on supporting laboratory PCs,instrument-connected systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and highly available while supporting scientists, lab users, and manufacturing operations.Experience: MUST HAVE 5+ years’ experience in a cGMP / GxP regulated environment Experience supporting laboratory IT systems or instrument-connected workstations Strong experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) Experience managing Change Control processes Experience working in regulated manufacturing or laboratory environments Technical Skills SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Active Directory & Group Policy (GPO) Windows 10 enterprise environments and OS troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2016–2019 and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Microsoft Teams and collaboration platforms Hardware support for PCs, laboratory workstations, and network printers Knowledge of GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity frameworks
