Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and provide HR insights and solutions that support these goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, to deliver integrated HR services.
- Provide guidance and support on change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to the business.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance organizational performance.
- Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and stay informed on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Coach and mentor managers and employees, helping them develop their leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Participate in and contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives at both the business unit and organizational levels.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR strategies and actions.
- Experience in leading and managing change initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
