Senior HR Data & Tech Consultant - Oracle FDI Apply

Join the HR Technology – HR Management Systems team as a hands-on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) specialist, owning day-to-day FDI administration and buildout—subject areas, datasets, KPIs, dashboards, and schedules/refreshes. You’ll design and maintain row-level security and data onboarding, translate HR needs into analytic and semantic model changes, and partner with OIC developers on integrations. This role enables self-service analytics and standardized KPIs/reporting for HR stakeholders across Workforce, Compensation, Absence, and Talent. How You’ll Make an Impact Configure and maintain FDI subject areas, datasets, KPIs, dashboards, and refresh schedules; tune performance and retire redundant content. Design and govern security (job/duty roles, row-level security, role mappings) with least-privilege and PII/privacy controls. Define and manage data onboarding/mapping/validation; monitor loads, investigate discrepancies, and ensure lineage/reconciliation. Author functional/technical specs (data contracts, mappings) for interfaces built by OIC; lead SIT/UAT and reconciliations. Translate HR business questions into analytic requirements and semantic model updates; prioritize a backlog and deliver iterative enhancements. Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors; serve as primary contact for tickets/patches and track product updates. Leverage SQL and data profiling to validate transformations; use APIs/logs for integration diagnostics. Maintain configuration rules and platform standards; document conventions for metrics, calculations, and naming. What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience Experience: 6+ years in HR technology or analytics, with hands-on Oracle HCM reporting Skills: Oracle HCM/FDI reporting; advanced SQL FDI/OTBI/BIP: building subject areas, datasets, KPIs, dashboards; tuning and scheduling Row-level security design; least-privilege and PII/privacy controls Data onboarding, mapping, validation; reconciliation across sources (e.g., iCIMS ↔ HCM) Troubleshooting via logs/APIs and partnering with OIC/integration teams Broad HRIS knowledge across multiple functional areas Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; customer service orientation Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet processing timeframes Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint Location: Office environment (4:1) Preferred Qualifications Experience with APIs and vendor-to-vendor system integrations in a large enterprise iCIMS data table familiarity Knowledge of Python-based automation solutions (for QA/validation) Grow Your Career Here: Spectrum is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including job seekers with disabilities and veterans.
