We are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing global HRIS team, supporting and enhancing our UKG Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) platform. This role is ideal for a UKG expert who enjoys solving complex workforce challenges, working with global stakeholders, and driving system improvements that directly impact employee experience and operational efficiency.As the UKG WFM Subject Matter Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and implementations. You will lead Tier 3 UKG support, manage system enhancements and projects, and partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams across regions.This role offers the opportunity to work in a remote and flexible environment, gain exposure to global HRIS initiatives, and play a key role in mentoring and upskilling other HRIS analysts within the team.Key Responsibilities: Ensuring HRIS tickets are answered timely (ie, reporting requests, security roles)Ensuring time reports needed for payroll are developed and delivered on time. Comfortable working with developers to help define requirements for system interfaces. Leading and/or SME on various HR projects. Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and project management skills Experience in a fast-paced HR/Payroll environment Comfortable working with all levels of the organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the businessAbility to work cross-functionally within a global team Practical and logical; able to solve problems quicklyPrevious working experience in an HRIS role is essential (6+ years)Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) – UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos, essential for roleHands on experience with HRIS reporting – UltiPro BI reporting module, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, WFM DataviewsProficient in Microsoft Excel – including complex formulas and macrosRole models Propelis values and behaviors.
