Are you an energetic and seasoned human resources professional that excels in providing training solutions for an organization? Do you enjoy analyzing data and developing employee engagement strategies? Do you value working in an organization that promotes creativity and innovation? The Marin Municipal Water District is seeking a dedicated professional as their new Senior Human Resources Analyst.

As a valuable member of the Human Resources Department, this mid-management level Senior Human Resources Analyst - Training and Employee Engagement is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training solutions that meet the learning requirements of multiple audiences, from entry to executive levels in a public sector setting.
This position manages all aspects of the learning and development process inclusive of curriculum development, needs analysis, design, development, and outcome assessment.
Content is implemented through various media, including e-Learning, video, webinars, and instructor-led classes.
This position manages employee engagement surveys, data, and related programs and projects.
This position offers a hybrid work environment with the potential of up to two days per week working remotely.

This newly created position provides the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to build a learning environment and shape the culture of the organization.

Some of the top organizational priorities of the incoming Senior Human Resources Analyst include conducting an organizational training needs assessment and developing training programs to meet the agency's needs, surveying employees and developing engagement strategies, and evaluating and maximizing current technology including the learning management system (LMS) and other systems.
