Position Summary

Carrying forward that spirit, since 1985, our wet dog and cat food factory in St. Joseph has provided employment and a special home for many of our associates who work passionately each day to annually produce millions of cases of our flagship brands: Fancy Feast and Beneful Prepared Meals. As Senior Human Resources Coordinator, youll help lead activities concerning employees benefits, leave administration, attendance, job bidding, and training. Come prepared to play an integral role in both internal and external plant relations including community interactions, recruitment events, employee events and celebrations.

  • Assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databases
  • Track and administer attendance program, including FMLA and Short-Term Disability.
  • Leverage emerging technology to support data tracking and analysis.
  • Help schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation, as well as support ongoing Education and Training (E&T) programs.
  • Act as community outreach liaison to establish partnerships and resources.
  • Participate in recruitment activities including career fairs, interviews, job bidding, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate employee activities across the plant including events, celebrations, workshops, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite

The approximate pay range for this position is $45,000 to $64,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
