Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, experience in manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Certification: PHR certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Ability to lead and administer the HR duties in a hands-on manner. This individual will lead the HR function.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
