Job Title: Senior Workday HRIS AnalystLocation (City, State): Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week Industry: Healthcare / Healthcare ServicesPay: $100,000 – $120,000 salary range based on experienceAbout Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with an organization in the healthcare services industry seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their team. This role will support and enhance Workday HR systems while collaborating with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR technology solutions. The position offers a flexible schedule and a hybrid work environment.Job Description:The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will support the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday across multiple HR modules. This individual will work closely with HR partners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, build reports, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements that improve HR processes and reporting capabilities. The role also supports system tickets, testing initiatives, and HRIS projects.Key Responsibilities:Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality across key HR modules, including HCM and Recruiting.Develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and data solutions to support HR and business needs.Partner with HR stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into scalable HRIS solutions.Support HR systems through ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and system issue analysis.Participate in HR technology projects, including system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.Ensure HR data accuracy and support training, documentation, and user enablement efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR system initiatives and operational needs.Qualifications:5+ years of Workday HRIS or Workday administration experience.Strong experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting modules, including system configuration.Experience developing advanced Workday reports and data analysis.Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in both project-based and ticket-driven environments.Strong communication skills and ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Additional Details:Direct hire opportunityHybrid schedule with one day per week onsite Flexible work hours (example: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)Exposure to multiple Workday modules and HR technology initiativesInterview process includes virtual interview, onsite team panel, and potential skills assessmentPerks:Hybrid work scheduleFlexible working hoursOpportunity to work across multiple Workday modules and HRIS projectsCollaborative and supportive HR technology teamMission-driven organization focused on meaningful impactAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
